I’ve been living in Paris for the past 10 months and I have constantly asked myself… How can I describe the French people?
Modern ways of begging… another crisis event?
On a sunny Wednesday morning, while I was walking passively towards my office, following the mass of workers in La Defense, my attention is caught by this humble man, which gave me a flyer that said:
Reading inside supermarkets… another crisis trend?
The lastest trend in saving money is to read the news inside supermarkets for free. People have created an environement, inside the store, found themselves confortable places to read and enjoy accessing information without paying for it.
Stereotyping the stereotypes
There is a general trend to blame the people that are stereotyping others without trying to understand the history of that stereotype. Profiling a person by its culture can be good or bad, depending on the information that one has until that moment based on his/her background. For e.g. French people are elegant, but Germans are very strict.
